Request Verification
Every inspection request transmission is verified for data content and receipt by a proprietary program of LPS Field Services. This ensures that the entire file is received. Also, a notice of the number of requests received can be automatically sent to you — a value-added service we provide at no additional charge to our servicers.
Daily Inspection Results
LPS Field Servicesknows how important it is to have information about the property in a timely manner. In order to facilitate your turnaround needs, we transmit the inspection results every day.
Automatic Cancellations
LPS Field Services offers LPS customers the ability to cancel inspections electronically. This fully automated feature enables our customers to cancel requests avoiding unnecessary borrower contact reducing field service costs.
RepScape
Our inspectors receive inspection requests from us and return the completed results via a unique server-based program called RepScape. This functionality allows us to quickly route requests to our inspectors ensuring accuracy and timely work.

As a charter member of the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, Inc. (NAMFS), we utilize our position to stay informed of industry developments and government reforms. We also:

Other Preservation Guidelines
With regard to conventional loans, there is no predetermined set of preservation guidelines available for government loans. Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae specifications provide some assistance, but are general in nature. Therefore, LPS Field Services typically determines specific guidelines for conventional loans in cooperation with its clients.
