When it comes to search engine functionality, OnCore offers a variety of effective search tools that yield usable results. OnCore’s internal search capabilities enable employees to quickly locate documents or transactions in the system. The internal search feature offers additional tools for agents searching to identify pending transactions for specific customers.
Search Features
OnCore also provides a user-friendly public search engine, enabling each user to perform searches by:
- Book and page
- Case number
- Document type
- Category (group of document types)
- Consideration amount
- Instrument number (clerk file number)
- Legal description
- Grantor name
- Grantee name
- Record date
- Today’s documents
- Yesterday’s documents
OnCore Web
This search functionality permits expert searching through both public access and secure, password-protected login accounts. The county controls user-level access to sensitive and secure images and index data, based on document type and field description. OnCore Web also offers the ability to track the minutes being used by authenticated users and enables the county to charge for online searching capabilities based on a flat-rate or per-minute charge.
