Tom Peterson is Senior Vice President of the PowerCell organization for Lender Processing Services (LPS). His team is responsible for managing the operational relationships with all Mortgage Servicing Package (MSP) clients. PowerCell is comprised of technical and mortgage industry experts dedicated to providing support to mortgage customers.

Peterson joined LPS in the Sales organization in 1998, where he held numerous management positions before joining PowerCell. Prior to LPS, Peterson spent 10 years as a Supply Corps Officer with the United States Navy specializing in acquisition and logistics.

Peterson is also a Captain in the United States Navy Reserves currently assigned as the Executive Officer of an operational logistic unit in Washington, DC. He has earned a Bachelor and Master of Arts degree from Iowa State University, an Executive MBA from Jacksonville University and serves on the Board of Directors for the Children’s Home Society-Buckner Division. In 2006, he was the “Stevie” recipient of the best Customer Service Executive from the American Business Awards. This award is the business community’s comparable to an “Oscar.”
