Chad Neel is president and chiefo operating office of LPS' Asset Management and Field Services divisions. In these positions, he is responsible for driving the divisions’ strategies, increasing the value of services provided to clients, and driving the divisions to continue to be the top providers of REO outsourcing solutions and field services in the marketplace.

Neel joined Fidelity in September 2003. Prior to joining Fidelity, he held a number of senior positions in the mortgage industry. Most recently, he was president and CEO of IMX, Inc. a leading provider of mortgage origination software solutions. Prior to that, Neel held senior positions at The Money Store, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation and FGB Realty Advisors, Inc. In those positions, he was responsible for the management of various areas within the default servicing arena, including REO, Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure. Before joining FGB, he worked for Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. Neel holds a BS degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University.
