As General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of LPS, Todd Johnson serves as the principal legal counsel to senior management and the board of directors on a wide array of legal and regulatory issues, including corporate and commercial transactions, securities, corporate governance, commercial litigation, regulatory compliance and governmental relations. He also manages the delivery of legal services by the LPS Legal department to their business unit clients. Todd previously served as Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Fidelity National Financial, Inc. and Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. His primary areas of emphasis in those positions included corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactional matters. 

Prior to joining Fidelity National Financial, Inc., Todd was a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice group of Holland & Knight LLP. Todd is a graduate of the Duke University School of Law and has a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Florida and a Masters of Science in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
