Parag Bhansali is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS) and is responsible for all aspects of representing LPS to Wall Street and the investment community at large. He is also responsible for leading the M&A and Strategic Planning efforts at LPS.
Parag joined LPS in 2008 as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Strategic Planning. Prior to LPS, Parag was Vice President of Finance and an Officer at Rayonier Inc., since April 2000. Prior to Rayonier, Parag was Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy with Covance Inc., a Princeton, New Jersey-based pharmaceutical research and drug development company. Parag joined Covance in 1996 as Vice President, Investor Relations, a position he held until 1999. Prior to that, he was with CIGNA Corporation for over 10 years, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in Finance, Marketing, Sales and Investor Relations, including Assistant Vice President of Investor Relations from 1993 – 1996 and Director of Financial Planning and Control from 1990 – 1993.
Parag is on the Board of Directors of the Northern Florida Chapter of Financial Executives International, where he also served as Treasurer from 2003 – 2007. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council of Jacksonville from 2003 – 2007 and was a member of Bear Wagner Specialists' Advisory Council from 2002 – 2007. Additionally, he served on the Conference Board's Global Council of Investor Relations from 1997 – 1999.
Parag received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Bombay and a Master of Business Administration with a dual major in Finance and Management from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
