Jeff Carbiener is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lender Processing Services, Inc. (LPS), which provides mortgage loan processing, as well as mortgage-related information products and outsourcing services for financial institutions, mortgage lenders and real estate professionals. LPS processes more than 50 percent of all U.S. residential mortgages.

Under Jeff’s leadership, LPS’ highly-experienced executive business and management teams strive to exceed our customer’s expectations and create increased shareholder value by delivering a comprehensive range of integrated technology, processing, information and analytical solutions that support every facet of the mortgage process.

Prior to his role with LPS, Jeff served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. (FIS), joining the company as a result of FIS’ acquisition of Certegy in 2006. In his 15 years at Certegy, Jeff served as Executive Vice President and Group Executive for Certegy Check Services starting in 1998.  Prior to that, he held senior finance positions in both Certegy Check Services and Card Services, including Vice President and Controller of Certegy Payment Services and Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of South Dakota. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a past member of the Arizona State Board of Accounting and the American Institute of Public Accounting.

In addition to his professional associations, Jeff has been active in his support of both the United Way and Big Brother/Big Sisters, including serving on the United Way Board of Directors in St. Petersburg Florida from 2005 – 2006.
