Francis Chan is executive vice president and chief financial officer for Lender Processing Services (LPS) and is responsible for managing all aspects of the company's finances.

Prior to his role with LPS, Francis most recently served as senior vice president and chief accounting officer and controller for Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. From 1995 to 2005, Francis served in various management roles including vice president and controller of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. Prior to that, Francis was employed by KPMG, LLP.

Francis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants and the California State Board of Accountancy.
